Charlottesville Biotech Seeks Scientists
AllChemie, Inc., a private venture capital-backed pharmaceutical company focused on bringing a new class of therapeutics to patients, is looking to fill key positions in their Charlottesville laboratory.
The company is developing products for a broad range of indications including diabetes, anemia, and cancer. Based on an exciting technological breakthrough discovered at the University of Virginia, AllChemie is developing next generation peptide-like drugs which can be taken orally and/or less frequently than the current generation products.The open positions will assist in establishing a synthesis laboratory utilizing novel platform technology in the area of solid phase peptide synthesis, with a primary focus on small scale parallel synthesis and a secondary focus on scale up synthesis.
