Mike Innes Joins Cary Street Partners
Michael J. Innes has joined Cary Street Partners, a Southeastern-based investment banking and wealth management firm, as a Managing Director in the firm’s Healthcare Investment Banking team. His practice will focus on serving middle market healthcare businesses, with a particular emphasis on Life Sciences companies, including specialty and generic pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty laboratories & tools and medical technology & supplies, as well as service providers to the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare information technology companies. Mike also serves on the board of directors for Virginia Bio and will be located in Cary Street Partners’ Richmond office.

Mike has more than 15 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Before joining Cary Street Partners, Mike was a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group of Morgan Joseph TriArtisan, LLC, a boutique investment bank headquartered in New York, where he focused on Life Sciences transactions. He was previously Director of Life Sciences Investment Banking at Ferris, Baker, Watts, Inc. and was a member of the Healthcare Investment Banking groups at Wachovia Securities and Raymond James & Associates. His clients have included biotechnology, specialty pharmaceutical and generic drug companies, nutritional supplement and OTC product companies, specialty pharmacies, specialty laboratories, healthcare information technology companies and other healthcare services companies.
