Virginia Bioscience Podcast: Delegate Mark Sickles
This edition of the Virginia Bioscience Podcast features an interview with Mark Sickles, a member of the Virginia House of Delegates representing eastern Fairfax County. Delegate Sickles’ 43rd legislative district spans the area east of the Springfield interchange and includes Franconia and Fort Belvoir.
In 2008, Delegate Sickles chaired the Joint Legislative Subcommittee studying Biotechnology and is the chief patron for a number of the bills proposed by that panel.
The interview took place in Delegate Sickles’ office on January 13th, the day before the start of the 2009 Session of the Virginia General Assembly.
